Terms & Conditions – Reno’s Bistro

By visiting Reno’s Bistro, using our website, or booking our services, you agree to the following terms:


1. Reservations & Cancellations

  • Reservations can be made via phone, online, or in person.
  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • For large group bookings or private functions, a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the booking.


2. Functions & Events

  • Minimum spends and set menus may apply for private events.
  • Final numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Any damages to property during private functions may be charged to the organiser.


3. Payment

  • We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS, and cash.
  • A surcharge may apply for card payments or public holidays.
  • Accounts and invoices for events must be settled in full within the agreed timeframe.


4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • While we take care to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens.
  • Customers with severe allergies should notify staff when ordering.


5. Responsible Service of Alcohol

  • Reno’s Bistro follows RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) guidelines.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated patrons or anyone under the legal drinking age.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Reno’s Bistro is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained on our premises except where required by law.
  • Customers are responsible for their own belongings.


7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
